General Information

CONFERENCE BADGE

All registered attendees will receive a personalized name badge during on site check in. Badges are not to be shared. Please wear your badge during the conference.


PROCEEDINGS, PHOTOGRAPHY

All papers will be on a CD-ROM / DVD or USB memory stick and will be distributed during the symposium. Photography and other duplicating technology are not allowed.


POSTERS

There will be no designated Poster Session or a specific room for poster exhibition.
Posters may be displayed in the public areas in between the meeting rooms or in the ISIEMS foyer.
During on-site registration you will receive detailed information where to place your poster.
The poster content has to be Unclassified / Open to the Public.

Please submit an abstract for your poster.


DRESS CODE

Opening Session and Banquet

  • Military Attire: Civilian attire; otherwise uniform is Service Dress (Class A).
  • Civilian Attire: General Attendee is business (coat and tie).

Technical Sessions

  • Military Attire: Civilian attire; otherwise uniform is Service Dress (Class B).
  • Civilian Attire: General Attendee is business casual.


NATO-Sessions

Some of the technical sessions will be classified "NATO Only".

In order to attend the “NATO Only” sessions you need to fulfill one of the following requirements.

Eligibility requirements (examples): NATO Member, Cooperating Nations, Defense Agency, Defense Agency Contractor, Government Contractor, Security or Intergovernmental Agreement.

If you wish to attend one of the “NATO Only” sessions please be prepared to show a proper identification of your eligibility during the registration process.
